FundyMerch ("we," "us," "our") operates the website fundymerch.ca and sells

print-on-demand apparel and drinkware through this site and through our

storefronts on Etsy and eBay. This policy explains what information we collect,

how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

When you place an order, contact us, or subscribe to updates, we may receive:

- Your name and email address

- Shipping address and order details

- Any message or information you choose to send us

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are handled

by our payment processors and by Etsy, eBay, or Wix, each under their own

privacy policies.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

Our website runs on Wix, which may automatically collect standard technical

information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited,

and referring site. This is used to keep the site running and to understand

general traffic patterns. Wix may set cookies for these purposes. You can

disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work

as intended.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information described above only to:

- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders

- Respond to your questions and provide customer support

- Send updates or offers if you have asked to receive them

To run our business we share the minimum necessary information with:

- Etsy and eBay, when you purchase through those marketplaces

- Printify and its print providers, who produce and ship your order

- Payment processors, who handle your transaction

Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy.

5. OUR USE OF THE PINTEREST API

We use the Pinterest API solely to publish marketing content to our own

Pinterest business account. Specifically, we create Pins for our own products

that link back to our own product listings. Through the Pinterest API we access

only our own account's boards and Pins.

We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal data belonging to

Pinterest users. We do not provide any end-user-facing service through the

Pinterest API, and we use it in accordance with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines

and Terms of Service. We use the Etsy and eBay APIs on the same basis, to manage

only our own listings.

6. EMAIL AND MARKETING

If you subscribe to updates, we will email you only about our products and

offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any

time. You can also email us to be removed.

7. DATA RETENTION

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet

legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We keep subscriber emails until you

unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

You may ask us to:

- Tell you what personal information we hold about you

- Correct information that is inaccurate

- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it

To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a

reasonable time. If your order was placed on Etsy or eBay, you may also need to

contact that marketplace directly, as they hold their own records.

9. CHILDREN

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided

us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of

transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot

guarantee absolute security.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted

on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
